本合同于 由 公司（以下簡稱：甲方）與 公司（以下簡稱：乙方）簽訂。

鑒于；乙方與甲方簽訂工程合同，安裝甲方的空調(diào)設備，雙方同意如下：
This Contract, made as of the day of by and between (hereinafter called Party A) and
(hereinafter called Party B)
WITNESSES:
Wheresa Party B will enter into a contract for work with Party A for the latter’s air-conditioner, the parties hereof, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreement, agree as follows:

工程名稱：中央空調(diào)設備安裝；Name of Work: Central Air-conditioner Installation
工程地點：在甲方新建的工廠內(nèi)；Location of Work: Party A’s newly building plant
工程范圍：按所附圖樣；Scope of Work: As specified in the drawings.
竣工期限：從配合甲方建廠工程開始，在甲方工廠竣工后30天內(nèi)完成，包括工廠內(nèi)部完工可使空調(diào)設備運轉(zhuǎn)期在內(nèi)。
