本文針對(duì)此水質(zhì)，加入不同量阻垢劑聚丙烯酸后，研究對(duì)其各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的影響，同時(shí)分別和純水中加入阻垢和高鈣廢水中加入阻垢劑的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)相比較，來確定其最后的影響因素。
實(shí)驗(yàn)最后確定：對(duì)水質(zhì)的鈣離子保留率達(dá)到最好值時(shí)，聚丙烯酸的量為5ml/L(0.01059mg/L)；在各種水質(zhì)下，都會(huì)增加最后出水的有機(jī)物量；在加入阻垢劑后，各種水質(zhì)的pH都下降，但是隨著量的增加，其變化范圍幅度不大；對(duì)于出水的濁度，在曝氣情況下，其值遠(yuǎn)大于不曝氣情況下，而且在聚丙烯酸量為5 ml/L(0.01059mg/L)左右時(shí)，達(dá)到最大值；在阻垢劑加入到其中后，就和其中的鈣離子等物質(zhì)發(fā)生反應(yīng)，在曝氣條件下，會(huì)破壞其中的酸堿平衡，使得最后有機(jī)物量增加。
　最后測(cè)得出水中阻垢劑聚丙烯酸的殘留量。

After pipe-end mixed, gelatin production wastewater had characteristics of high alkali, high calcium, high chlorine and high COD.
