基于長春市生活垃圾綜合管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化方法
摘要：本文主要針對長春市生活垃圾綜合管理系統(tǒng)存在的問題進行分析，并提出了使之成本最低化的優(yōu)化方法。首先，針對長春市生活垃圾管理現狀作出分析，主要包括生活垃圾的產量、組成成分以及垃圾處理過程中存在的問題和現狀�？梢缘贸鋈猩罾漠a量逐年增長，垃圾組成成分中有機物的含量有所增加，并且垃圾的處理方法還需要進行優(yōu)化。然后，通過對長春市生活垃圾現采用的處理方案中各處理方式的成本和效益的分析，利用資源化效果法提出了優(yōu)化方案。最后，將其與現采用的方案進行比較，驗證了優(yōu)化方案已達到了經濟最優(yōu)化的目的，使垃圾潛在能源得到更好的利用。

Abstract: this article mainly aims at changchun life waste comprehensive management system and the analysis of existing problems, and puts forward to the lowest cost optimization method. First of all, in view of the present situation of changchun city life waste management to analysis, mainly including living garbage of output, composition and trash the problems of treatment process and the status quo. The city life rubbish can be concluded that the yield increased year by year, the garbage composition of the organic matter in content increased, and waste handling methods also need to optimize it. And then, through the life of changchun garbage we use deal in each’s handling of the cost and benefit analysis, the use effect of recycling method is proposed optimization scheme. Finally, we use the project were compared, and verifies the optimization scheme has reached the purpose of economic optimum, make rubbish is a better use of the potential energy.

隨著人類生產不斷發(fā)展和生活質量不斷提高，由此產生的垃圾對生態(tài)環(huán)境以及人類生存都帶來極大的威脅，成為重要的社會問題。目前世界各國的城市數量和垃圾產量都處于不斷增長之中[1]。城市生活垃圾的年增長速度高達8%—10%。，嚴重污染環(huán)境。如何將幾種垃圾處理方式進行有效的集成與綜合，對垃圾進行更加系統(tǒng)的綜合處理顯得尤為重要。
城市生活垃圾處理方案的確定要以城市特點為基礎，不僅在經濟上要與城市的實際承受能力相適應，還要求綜合考慮垃圾性質、社會與自然等方面的因素，盡可能使資源化效果最佳[2]。
本文以長春市為例，應用資源效果法，提出了垃圾處理成本最小化的優(yōu)化方案。
