預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁整體一次澆注施工工藝
摘要:為提高橋梁施工質(zhì)量,橋梁施工中新材料、新工藝、新技術(shù)層出不窮,而作為城市交通工程重要組成部分,橋梁工程的建設(shè)規(guī)模越來越大,對橋梁的整體性要求越來越高。常規(guī)混凝土箱梁現(xiàn)場分次澆筑施工技術(shù)目前已非常成熟,但由于分次澆筑存在著施工縫的處理,對箱型預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁的整體性有一定的影響。本文作者依托西禹高速高架橋工程,通過預(yù)先設(shè)計、安裝預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁內(nèi)箱的方法,調(diào)整施工工藝,嚴(yán)格施工過程質(zhì)量控制,確保了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁整體一次澆筑施工。該項目通過橋梁荷載試驗,各項指標(biāo)均能滿足設(shè)計和規(guī)范要求,為城市橋梁中預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁現(xiàn)場整體一次澆筑施工奠定了基礎(chǔ),該施工工藝可作為市政橋梁建設(shè)者同行們參考。

The project through the bridge load test, and all the indexes can meet the design and standard requirement, for city Bridges in prestressed concrete girders site overall a casting laid the foundation construction, the construction technology can be used as municipal bridge builder colleagues reference.

城市建設(shè)在不斷發(fā)展,市政工程在城市道路建設(shè)中也需要不斷的加快其速度,提高其施工質(zhì)量,橋梁在施工過程中出現(xiàn)了很多的施工工藝,但是應(yīng)根據(jù)環(huán)境的不同,季節(jié)的不同,選擇不同的方法來提高橋梁工程中現(xiàn)澆混凝土梁的質(zhì)量、安全及工期。本工藝主要針對橋梁工程施工中,現(xiàn)澆箱梁混凝土澆筑方法來保證混凝土在施工中的質(zhì)量及橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性。
