1工程概況
某建筑為高層框架剪力墻結構,筏板基礎,樁采用超高強預應力混凝土管樁,規(guī)格為ф600×110,樁長24m,共設93根樁,設計單樁承載力3100kN。
2打樁準備
2.1樁錘的選擇
本工程有軟、硬兩種土層,選用蒸汽錘,錘重8t。
2.2樁架的選擇
樁架的設置、安裝和準備工作對打樁效率有很大影響。樁架選用D—308S型履帶行走式樁架。
2.3樁帽、送樁器和襯墊的選擇
1)樁帽和送樁器應做成與管樁直徑匹配的圓筒形,樁帽的筒體深度取350~400mm,內徑比管樁外徑大20~30mm。筒式送樁器下端筒體深度取250~350 mm,內徑比管樁外徑大20~30 mm.
