簡析住宅給排水工程施工設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：給排水工程作為住宅設(shè)備的重要組成部分，其施工設(shè)計(jì)是否合理，對今后住戶的裝修、日常使用與維護(hù)將產(chǎn)生重要影響。本文作者根據(jù)多年建筑給排水設(shè)計(jì)及施工現(xiàn)場的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從提高住戶居住環(huán)境和生活質(zhì)量出發(fā)，歸納總結(jié)了經(jīng)常遇到的問題及解決辦法，希望借此機(jī)會使我們?nèi)蘸蟮慕ㄖo排水設(shè)計(jì)更合理、更實(shí)際，既滿足規(guī)范的要求，又滿足開發(fā)商和住戶的要求。

Abstract: water supply and drainage engineering as an important part of the residential equipment, its construction design is reasonable and the future of the household decoration, for daily use and maintenance will have an important impact on. In this paper the author building water supply and drainage design and construction site practice experience, from improving the living environment and the quality of life residents starting, summarizes the often problems and solving method, would like to take the opportunity to make our future building water supply and drainage design more reasonable and more practical, not only meet the requirement of the specifications, and meet the requirements of the developers and households.

一、前言
近年來，隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，使人民生活質(zhì)量水平不斷得到提高，人們在購買住房時(shí)，除了關(guān)注住宅的樓層、面積、平面布置等因素外，同時(shí)也將更多的注意力放在了住宅設(shè)備上。給排水工程的設(shè)計(jì)施工成為了住宅設(shè)備的重要組成部分。作為一個(gè)建筑給排水的設(shè)計(jì)人員，面對日新月異的設(shè)備技術(shù)，面對越來越嚴(yán)格的各類規(guī)范的要求，做的合理設(shè)計(jì)，更不會造成設(shè)計(jì)上的浪費(fèi)，又能使各方都滿意。使我們對建筑給排水設(shè)計(jì)方面有了更深的了解，現(xiàn)就這方面的幾個(gè)問題談?wù)勛约旱囊娊狻?/p>
