蕪湖市三山區(qū)工業(yè)園2#成品倉庫工程投標文件 摘 要 畢業(yè)設計主要是編制投標中的商務標，掌握定額計價模式的計價過程，按照我省98定額建設工程計價依據，對蕪湖市三山區(qū)工業(yè)園2#成品倉庫工程進行了工程量的計算并依據定額工程量進行投標報價。
現(xiàn)如今建筑市場實行了招投標制度，有利于控制工程投資；有利于鼓勵施工企業(yè)公平競爭，不斷降低社會平均勞動消耗水平；有利于形成由市場定價的價格體制．使工程造價更加趨于合理；有利于規(guī)范價格行為，使公開、公平、公正的原則得以貫徹。
在這次課程設計中，我主要完成了投標文件中的商務標，包括投標函、工程量計算表、工程預算表、工料明細表、工料匯總表、主材價差計算表、取費表等。
在這次課題設計中，我體會到知識是需要點滴積累，到用時方恨少。
要完成一項任務，是需要你各個方面的知識與能力共同作用的結果。
