舊路面碎石化施工工法
摘要:文章主要闡述了舊路面碎石化施工工藝原理及特點(diǎn),從而針對(duì)舊路面碎石化施工工藝流程及相關(guān)的操作要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,提出了施工過程中的質(zhì)量控制及安全措施,并結(jié)合工程的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,著重論述了其施工工法在舊路面施工中應(yīng)用價(jià)值,大量的工程實(shí)踐證明,碎石化施工工法不僅有效消除橋梁板底空洞和板內(nèi)應(yīng)力,減少反射裂縫,延長(zhǎng)大修工程使用壽命,而且其噪音小,揚(yáng)塵少,碎石化路面后直接加鋪結(jié)構(gòu)層,避免舊面板挖棄,節(jié)省了經(jīng)濟(jì)成本,減少了污染環(huán)境。

Abstract: the paper mainly expounds the old pavement broken petrochemical construction technology principle and characteristics, so as to break old pavement petrochemical construction procedure and related key operation, this paper analyzed the construction process of quality control and safety measures, and combined with the application of engineering practice, this paper discusses the construction technique in the old pavement construction in the application value, a large number of engineering practice shows, broken petrochemical construction methods not only effectively eliminate bridge bottom hole and plate stress, reduce reflection crack, prolong the service life of repair engineering, and the noise is small, less dust, broken petrochemical pavement directly after that add a store structure layer, avoid old panel dig abandon, save the economic costs, reduce the pollution of the environment.

1 前言
改革開放以來,我國(guó)的公路建設(shè)事業(yè)得到了蓬勃的發(fā)展。特別是九十年代我國(guó)大規(guī);A(chǔ)建設(shè)的迅速展開,水泥砼路面公路得到飛速發(fā)展。由于使用年限到期、交通量和載重量急速增長(zhǎng),越來越多的水泥砼路面將進(jìn)入大修階段。
舊路面碎石化施工是以多錘頭破碎機(jī)和Z型壓路機(jī)為主要施工機(jī)械,通過碎石化舊路面板來達(dá)到處治效果的施工方法。該施工方法能有效地解決舊板板底脫空,消除板內(nèi)應(yīng)力,同時(shí)又保留一定的舊面板強(qiáng)度,為加鋪結(jié)構(gòu)層提供有力支撐。
廣東冠粵路橋有限公司第三分公司在原有多錘頭碎石化施工技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)破碎機(jī)行進(jìn)速度、錘頭提升高度、落錘間距及施工質(zhì)量控制方法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。
