集合型住宅的空間分析
摘要：居者有其屋�！拔荨钡母拍钆c其要求是個(gè)變量，“屋”的形態(tài)也是異彩紛呈。作為“屋”的具體形式之一的“集合型住宅”，其空間形式和構(gòu)成要素，不像獨(dú)立別墅、聯(lián)排別墅那樣“豪氣”和完美，更算不上城市中重要的“標(biāo)志性”、“櫥窗式”等精品建筑的范疇。然而它卻實(shí)實(shí)在在存在于城市絕大多數(shù)的空間領(lǐng)域里，并在今后還將繼續(xù)發(fā)展下去。這些平凡的居住空間并不等于保障廉租房非常經(jīng)濟(jì)的投入，要把滿足普通居民的日常生活需要當(dāng)成重點(diǎn)，不能單靠增加面積（送面積）或落入華而不實(shí)的住宅“樣板間”的圈套。本文通過對(duì)集合型住宅的空間特性分析，強(qiáng)調(diào)空間的合理性和適用性。結(jié)合集合型居住空間的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐，目的是設(shè)計(jì)滿足日常生活需要的居住空間，并達(dá)到其舒適性要求。
