【摘要】:目前,在中國公路建設(shè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)下有著大量建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的建筑市場也跟隨著不斷進(jìn)步,因此也加劇了本行業(yè)內(nèi)部越來越多的競爭。在這一背景下,公路施工企業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮的問題是如何提高施工企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而加強(qiáng)公路施工項(xiàng)目的成本管理才是企業(yè)提高自身競爭力的最可行的也是最有效的方法。在每一項(xiàng)的公路施工項(xiàng)目中,只有加大和提高對公路建設(shè)施工中的成本管理 和成本管理控制的力度,才能夠?qū)方ㄔO(shè)施工中所投入的大量的財(cái)力、人力資源以及各項(xiàng)支出費(fèi)用起到一定的指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督和有效的調(diào)節(jié)作用。而降低建設(shè)施工成本、提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益才是制定公路施工項(xiàng)目成本管理制度的重要的核心因素,這也是不斷的提高市場競爭機(jī)制,增強(qiáng)施工企業(yè)的市場競爭力前提條件。
