基于提高城市供電可靠性的策略探索研究
摘要：隨著城市現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展,城市對(duì)供電可靠性有了更高的要求,城市供電可靠性，直接關(guān)系到用戶用電的安全和可靠，關(guān)系到供電企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展，關(guān)系到整個(gè)地區(qū)的發(fā)展。因此，如何確保和提高它安全可靠的運(yùn)行，是每一個(gè)供電企業(yè)都必須關(guān)心的重要課題。本文從技術(shù)措施、組織措施及方法等方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的探討。研究提高城市供電可靠性,不單是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)電能的需求,也是企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的需要。

Abstract: with the development of modern city, city of the power supply reliability have higher requirements, city power supply reliability, relates directly to users of the safety and reliable electricity, related to the survival and development of the power supply enterprise, in relation to the development of the whole region. Therefore, how to ensure and improve the safe and reliable operation of it, is each power supply enterprise must be concerned about an important issue. This paper, from the technical measures, organizational measures and methods of detailed discussion. Research to improve the urban power supply reliability, not only is the national economy of electrical energy demand, is also the needs of the development of the enterprise itself.

前言
隨著電力工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展、電力技術(shù)及電力設(shè)備的提高，供電的安全性和可靠性均有較大程度的提高。如何提高城市地區(qū)配電系統(tǒng)的可靠性．減少對(duì)用電客戶的平均停電時(shí)間將越來越受到有關(guān)人們的關(guān)注。電力工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要部門之一，它即為現(xiàn)代工業(yè)、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代國防提供必不可少的動(dòng)力，又和廣大人民群眾的日常生活有著密切的關(guān)系。建國以來，我國城市電網(wǎng)有了很大的發(fā)展，供電用電管理有很大的改進(jìn)，有了完善的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)頻率和電壓體制，在城鄉(xiāng)普及了用電，整頓了城市電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)。所有這些，都為城市供電系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化提供了一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)，但是要適應(yīng)今后國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，還有許多問題和困難需要解決。

一、提高供電可靠性的技術(shù)策略
1、積極開展電網(wǎng)供電可靠性規(guī)劃。按照不同的可靠性目標(biāo)，提出合理的年度分解指標(biāo)，響應(yīng)科學(xué)的制定從電網(wǎng)建設(shè)、管理、技術(shù)等方面，提高供電可靠性的具體措施。
