小議10KV配電網(wǎng)無功補(bǔ)償方案及研究
摘要:隨著電力建設(shè)的加快,電力系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗問題日益突出,而無功補(bǔ)償能夠有效地維持系統(tǒng)的電壓水平,降低網(wǎng)損,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)輸送能力。本文結(jié)合筆者多年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),就降低網(wǎng)損和提高供電質(zhì)量的角度出發(fā),主要闡述10kV無功補(bǔ)償?shù)淖饔眉皫追N補(bǔ)償方式,并分析了10kV配電網(wǎng)無功補(bǔ)償?shù)慕?jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract: With the acceleration of the electric power construction, power system network loss is increasingly prominent, and no reactive power compensation can effectively maintain the voltage level of the system, reducing network losses and improve network transmission capacity. In this paper, the author many years of work experience, reduce network losses and improve power quality point of view. Mainly explained the role of reactive power compensation and several compensation methods for 10kV and 10kV distribution of reactive power compensation economic benefits.

近年來,隨著電力建設(shè)的加快和電力系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷的增加,廣大用戶對電能質(zhì)量、可靠供電的要求也越來越高,而對于影響電能質(zhì)量的無功補(bǔ)償也漸漸關(guān)注起來,無功補(bǔ)償對電網(wǎng)安全、優(yōu)質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行具有重要作用。無功補(bǔ)償是借助于無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備提供必要的無功功率,以提高系統(tǒng)的功率因數(shù),減少無功遠(yuǎn)距離輸送,降低電能損耗,改善電能質(zhì)量。因此,解決好電網(wǎng)的無功補(bǔ)償問題是電力部門和用戶共同關(guān)注的問題。
1無功補(bǔ)償?shù)淖饔梅治?/p>
配電線路的無功補(bǔ)償裝置通過檢測線路的功率因數(shù)和電壓,自動投切電容器,從而改善功率因數(shù),減少線路損耗、提高電壓質(zhì)量。主要包括如下:(1)減少線路損耗。線路有功功率損耗算式為:Px=R(P2+Q2)∕U2,減少無功功率輸送將使功率損耗大大降低。(2)提高電網(wǎng)輸送能力。根據(jù)視在功率與有功功率的關(guān)系:P=Scos ,在視在功率一定時,功率因數(shù)越高,所輸送的有功越大。(3)減少電壓損失。當(dāng)采用無功補(bǔ)償后,使輸送的無功功率Q減少,從而使電壓損失減少,改善了電壓質(zhì)量。
2無功補(bǔ)償方式的選擇
配電網(wǎng)無功補(bǔ)償?shù)闹饕绞接形宸N:變電站補(bǔ)償、配電線路補(bǔ)償、隨機(jī)補(bǔ)償、隨器補(bǔ)償、跟蹤補(bǔ)償。
變電站補(bǔ)償:針對電網(wǎng)的無功平衡,在變電站進(jìn)行集中補(bǔ)償,補(bǔ)償裝置包括并聯(lián)電容器、同步調(diào)相機(jī)、靜止補(bǔ)償器等,主要目的是平衡輸電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的無功功率,
