原子自旋磁強(qiáng)計(jì)磁屏蔽筒參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

通過(guò)改進(jìn)多層磁屏蔽筒軸向系數(shù)公摘要:為解決磁屏蔽筒制約原子自旋磁強(qiáng)計(jì)靈敏度的問(wèn)題,
式獲得磁屏蔽筒參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型,并在僅改變一項(xiàng)參數(shù)而其他參數(shù)固定的條件下,依據(jù)優(yōu)化模型,利用Matlab軟件對(duì)各參數(shù)對(duì)軸向屏蔽系數(shù)的影響程度進(jìn)行仿真.結(jié)果表明:隨著最內(nèi)層筒半徑、筒長(zhǎng)及徑向?qū)娱g距的增大,軸向屏蔽系數(shù)迅速減;軸向間隙越大,則屏蔽系數(shù)越大.根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果及實(shí)際應(yīng)用需要優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)磁屏蔽筒參數(shù),并利用Ansoft軟件對(duì)優(yōu)化筒和非優(yōu)化筒的屏蔽效果進(jìn)行仿真.結(jié)果表明,在外界磁場(chǎng)相同的情況下,未優(yōu)化和經(jīng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的磁屏蔽筒屏蔽能效分別約為152.1和158.6dB.因此,通過(guò)參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型可獲得體積小、質(zhì)量輕、成本低、屏蔽性能大的磁屏蔽筒.

Abstract:Tosolvetheproblemthatthesensitivityofatomicspinmagnetometerisrestrictedbymag-neticshieldingcylinders,theparameteroptimizationmodelsofmagneticshieldingcylindersarede-signedbyimprovingtheaxialcoefficientformulaofmultilayeredmagneticshieldingcylinders.Withthechangeofoneparameterwhiletheotherskeepfixed,accordingtotheoptimizationmodels,theinfluencesofparametersontheaxialshieldingfactoraresimulatedbyusingMatlabsoftware.Thesimulationresultsshowthatwiththeincreaseoftheinnermostradius,innermostlengthandradialgap,theaxialshieldingfactordecreasesquickly.Thelargertheaxialclearance,thegreatertheshieldingfactor.Accordingtothesimulationresultsandthepracticalapplicationneeds,theparame-tersofmagneticshieldingcylindersareoptimized.Thecomparisonoftheshieldingeffectsbetweenthenon-optimizedandoptimizedmagneticshieldingcylindersiscarriedoutbyAnsoftsoftware.Theresultsshowthatunderthesameexternalmagneticfield,theshieldingeffectivenessofthenon-opti-mizedandoptimizedmagneticshieldingcylindersareabout152.1and158.6dB,respectively.Therefore,bytheparameteroptimizationmodels,themagneticshieldingcylinderswithsmallsize,lightweight,lowcost,andgreatperformancecanbeobtained.
