摘要：本文系統(tǒng)介紹了ISO 606：2015《傳動(dòng)用短節(jié)距精密滾子鏈、套筒鏈、附件和鏈輪》，特別是對(duì)增加的“雙排鏈和三排鏈的最小動(dòng)載強(qiáng)度、HE系列滾子鏈、拉力試驗(yàn)時(shí)限制加載速度”等技術(shù)條款內(nèi)容，以及“A系列鏈條鏈號(hào)更改”的變化內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡釋，并就應(yīng)用有關(guān)新增條款給出參考建議和探討意見。關(guān)鍵詞：ISO 606：2015 技術(shù)條款 主要變化 應(yīng)用建議

Abstract: This article introduces ISO 606:2015 “Short-pitch transmission precision roller and bush chains, attachments and associated chain sprockets”. It explains in detail of “the minimum dynamic strength of the duplex chains and triplex chains, HE series roller chain, tensile test limit loading speed”technical terms such as content and explain the content of the“change of A series chain number”. It also gives the advices in application of new terms.Key words: ISO 606:2015, technical terms, major changes in the content, usage advices

1 前言

由ISO/TC 100（國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織鏈條鏈輪技術(shù)委員會(huì)）修訂完成的ISO 606：2015[1]《傳動(dòng)用短節(jié)距精密滾子鏈、套筒鏈、附件和鏈輪》（Short-pitch transmission precision roller and bush chains，attachments and associated chain sprockets）是鏈傳動(dòng)領(lǐng)域最重要的國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，ISO 606：2015是ISO 606自1982年正式發(fā)布以來的第四版，此前先后發(fā)布的3個(gè)版本分別為：ISO 606：1982、ISO 606：1994、ISO 606：2004。

ISO/TC 100的WG8工作組自2009年開始對(duì)ISO 606：2004[2]進(jìn)行修訂，歷時(shí)6年完成修訂，于2015年8月13日發(fā)布實(shí)施，ISO 606：2015與ISO 606：2004相比較，主要修訂內(nèi)容是：增加了計(jì)算雙排鏈和三排鏈的最小動(dòng)載強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)的參考方法（附錄F），增加了ANSI的超級(jí)重載系列（Extra heavy series）的60HE~240HE鏈條規(guī)格，將ISO 606：2004中的A系列鏈條改為采用ANSI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的鏈號(hào)，補(bǔ)充了鏈條拉力試驗(yàn)時(shí)限制加載速度的參考信息（附錄E）。修訂后的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO 606：2015，除了A系列鏈條的鏈號(hào)稱謂改變以外，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱并沒有改變、ISO 606：2004的內(nèi)容沒有刪減或更改，只是增加了有關(guān)技術(shù)
